This is the privacy policy for the apps and websites published by James Taylor and listed on MiniAppList. It covers those products wherever you get them, including Google Play, the Microsoft Store, and the Apple App Store, and it covers the websites those apps use.
It is not limited to the MiniAppList catalogue page. The catalogue is one product. The apps below are the others.

The apps this policy covers
MiniAppList, the catalogue, including the app offered for Google Play and the Microsoft Store.
Old Fashioned Alarm. A twin-bell alarm you leave open.
MyOnlineInvoice, at myonlineinvoice.com. Invoice software for trades and small businesses.
MarineGrib. Free charts of wind, waves, isobars, and sea temperature.
LocalLock, at locallock.app. An encrypted document vault.
Watching Over Baby, at watchingoverbaby.com. A nursery monitor for a parent or guardian.
TradeCalc Pro. Job-site calculators, projects, and quotes.
Wakegrind, at wakegrind.com. An alarm that can charge you if you snooze.
Profit.co.uk. A page for a domain enquiry and a list of specialist sites.
LiteVide, at litevide.com. A Zoom sidebar for a running order, timers, cues, and an on-device recording.
If a new app is added to the shelf, or to those stores, this policy covers it from the day it is published.
Who is responsible
James Taylor is the publisher. MiniAppList is the public name of the catalogue. For privacy requests about any app in the list, write to the address above. A store listing does not make Apple, Google, or Microsoft the publisher of the app.
What the apps are for
Each app uses information only to do the job it shows you.
The catalogue stores your language and your cookie choice on the device, and it may read a country code to pick a language. It does not keep an account. A message from the contact page is sent by your own mail app.
Old Fashioned Alarm keeps the time, the days, the sound, and how long it should ring on the device. It can ask to stay awake, to notify you, and to vibrate. It does not need an account.
MyOnlineInvoice uses the business details, customer details, amounts, and email addresses you put on an invoice, so it can make and send that invoice.
MarineGrib uses the place or waters you ask about so it can show the marine chart. It does not need an account to look at the free charts.
LocalLock encrypts the papers you put in the vault. The vault is there so you can lock documents, not so the publisher can read them.
Watching Over Baby is used by a parent or guardian. The live cot view, cry alerts, and sleep reports are for that parent’s monitor. The child is not the account holder.
TradeCalc Pro uses the measurements, prices, projects, and quote details you type, so it can work out the job.
Wakegrind uses the alarm and sleep times you set. If a snooze is charged, the payment is limited to that charge.
Profit.co.uk uses the name and message you send if you enquire about the domain.
LiteVide uses the running order, timers, decisions, and cues you keep for a call. A recording, if you make one, is a file on that computer. If you connect Zoom, it is only so the sidebar can work in the meeting. LiteVide is not part of Zoom.
Stores
If you install an app from Google Play, the Microsoft Store, or the Apple App Store, that store handles the download under its own privacy policy. The store can tell us ordinary listing facts, such as that the app was installed, the country of the store account, and whether a store purchase succeeded. We do not receive your full card number from Apple, Google, or Microsoft.
The store may also ask you to grant device permissions. Those permissions are used for the feature you turned on, such as a notification for an alarm, or a camera and microphone for the nursery monitor. You can refuse a permission the app can live without. A feature that needs it will not run.
Payments
MiniAppList does not take a payment. If another app charges a fee, the card or wallet payment is taken by the payment provider shown at checkout on that app, or by the store if you bought it there. We use the result of the payment, such as whether a plan is active, to provide the paid feature. We do not ask you to type a card number into the MiniAppList catalogue.
Children
The apps are for adults, including parents, skippers, and people running a trade. Watching Over Baby may show and hear a child because a parent pointed a monitor at a cot. That picture and sound are for the parent. A child should not create an account. If you believe a child has sent personal information, write to the contact address and it will be deleted.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies on MiniAppList. We do not build a marketing profile from the country code used to choose a language.
We share information only with a service that is needed to run the feature you asked for, such as a mail provider when an invoice is sent, a payment provider when you pay, or a store when you install. Those services act for that task, not as buyers of the information.
How long it is kept
Settings that stay on your device stay until you clear them or remove the app. Invoice, quote, enquiry, and account records are kept while the account is open and for as long as tax or contract law requires after that. A nursery recording or sleep report is kept for the parent who created it, until that parent deletes it or closes the monitor. An on-device recording in LiteVide or a locked file in LocalLock is on that device until you delete it.
Your rights
If privacy law gives you the right, you can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or object to a use. Write to [email protected] and name the app. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.
